Current work - Living Room

My company (Urban Render) is working on several renderings (1 exterior and  6 interiors) for a client in Manhattan.  The building is a renovation of an existing, hi-end residential tower with 12 floors.  The renderings include a typical living room, a penthouse living room, a private terrace view, a shared rooftop view, a wellness center, a lobby and a view of the building exterior.  Here's a preliminary rendering of a typical living room...not finished yet, but you get the idea.  I will post all of these as they near completion.  Enjoy!
